Trường Nguyễn Siêu đã và đang thiết kế một chương trình riêng đào tạo cho giáo viên Việt Nam đã tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành sư phạm được dạy bằng Tiếng Anh hoặc có một số học phần bằng tiếng Anh, hướng tới việc phát triển những giáo viên này có thể đồng giảng dạy chương trình giáo dục quốc tế CAIE (Cambridge Assessment International Education) cùng với giáo viên nước ngoài ở từng môn học đặc thù.
Việc dạy chương trình Cambridge không chỉ yêu cầu về kĩ năng, mà còn đòi hỏi về cách tư duy và phong cách giảng dạy. Đó là lí do tại sao bạn phải hoàn toàn gia nhập vào đời sống sinh hoạt học thuật hằng ngày tại bộ phận Quốc tế Trường Nguyễn Siêu.

JD - Development program - Support Teachers
We have designed a program to develop Vietnamese teachers that graduated in a subject specific education course conducted totally or partially in English language.
The development program aims to coach those teachers to become co-teachers of the CAIE program. We expect that in one year, depending on your performance, you will become a co-teacher of the CAIE program on your subject.
Teaching CAIE is more than a skill, it is a way of thinking. This is why we believe that you must be completely immersed in the daily life of the international department of Nguyen Sieu School.
In this first year, you will work closely with CAIE subject teachers and the head of your department. You will act as a teacher assistant as well as you will take part in most duties performed by our teachers. You will also take part in meetings and a number of classes in the Vietnamese program. Finally, you will act as a link between the Vietnamese departments, facilitating the communication.
As you progress in the development program, you will have a chance to teach lessons that will be observed and feed backed for your improvement. You will understand the syllabus, the CAIE mark schemes, the lesson planning and all the other activities our CAIE teachers perform in a daily basis.
At the end of the program, given you achieve the performance requirements, you will be invited to be a co-teacher in the Nguyen Sieu School CAIE program.
The successful candidates must have the skills below:
+ Graduated in a subject specific education course conducted totally or partially in English language
+ Advanced English (minimum IELTS 6.5 or C1 – FCE)
+ Initiative, flexibility, creativity
+ Be willing to adapt to the CAIE way of thinking
+ Will to learn and continue improving
+ Microsoft office and IT skills
+ Organisational skills
+ Patience and a sense of humour
