Job Description

• Seeking for new customers, understanding customer needs, consulting the appropriate course
• At all times Sales/ Customer Service Officers should know and be able to report on all aspects of the responsible areas related to sales and customer service efficient and high-quality operations.
• Update changes in visa processing policies of Consulates General
• Consulting customers with visa needs: face-to-face, phone, email, chat tools and social networks
• Checklist of records, receive and check records
• Support customer care during the application process and after applying for a visa
• Identify opportunities to develop, improve and add value to Nguyen Sieu International in line with the strategic goals of the organization.
• Other duties assigned by team lead

Job Requirements

• Vietnamese national.
• Holder of Bachelor’s degree
• Be proactive, interpersonal, and detail-oriented.
• Communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese
• Proven selling and persuasive skills.
• Computer literacy
• Experience in immigration procedures, visa consulting, tourism, study abroad, air tickets and other related jobs is preferred.

Nguyen Sieu School, Mac Thai To Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Ha Noi

Other Specific Details of the Role:

Working hours: 8h00 to 17h00, Monday to Friday, and Saturday morning

Report directly to Study Abroad Centre Manager under Nguyen Sieu International
